Referral fees are a normal part of real estate services and are used by agents, relocation companies and other sources of referral networking.  As this is a normal practice in the industry and especially for top producing agents, it’s a WIN-WIN situation all around.  Agents are delighted to work with us because we link them straight to the client, saving them time and money on advertising.  It all adds up to Superior service and Superior results.

You will receive a phone call from our staff shortly after your online form is received.  Real people, real customer service!  We will spend a few minutes verifying your information and identifying your timeline and needs.    Next we will get to work on searching out and qualifying the best real estate professionals to serve your needs.  We hand select 2-3 top producers in your neck of the woods.  The Agents will contact you by phone ( unless instructed other wise by you. ) You can then meet with each one and begin your process to choose the perfect fit for you. You make the final choice based on your personal preferences.

You ask a lot of questions.   How many Horse and Hobby properties have you sold? How long have you been in the business? Do you have  support staff? What modern sales techniques do you employ?     Dont feel bad for the agent(s) you didnt choose.  You will have 1-2 more top producers knowing your property is on the market and possibly will have clients to show your property.
